GRAIN FREE TORTILLA WRAPS DIRECTIONS
Mix 1 Tablespoon of unflavored gelatin with 1 1/2 Cups
of our Breads & Buns Mix into a small bowl .
In a medium bowl, stir together:
1 Cup water
1/2 Cup egg whites
1/4 Cup oil (olive, nut, avocado)
Whisk in dry ingredients. Let dough rest 15 minutes.
Scoop dough & roll into balls.
Flatten with a rolling pin between two sheets of waxed paper, or use a tortilla press for smaller size tortillas.
Remove the top sheet of paper and invert onto a greased baking sheet.
Bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes
