grain free pancakes


Whisk Together:

  • 3 large eggs

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 1 tablespoon vanilla

  • 2/3 teaspoon almond extract (optional)

  • 2/3 teaspoon pure monkfruit or stevia drops

Whisk together:

  • 1 cup of our Breads & Buns Mix

  • 3 tablespoons coconut flour or 3/4 cup blanched almond flour

Combine wet and dry ingredients.  Use an ice cream scoop to fill greased donut pan.  Use your finger to create a hole in the center.  Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.



Stir together:

  • 1 cup water

  • 5 LARGE eggs

  • 2-3 drops stevia

Whisk in 10.2 ounces (290g) of our Original Multi Purpose Bread Mix.




  1. Let set a minute to become dough-like.

  2. Roll out between two sheets of generously greased waxed paper to about 1/2 inch thickness.

  3. Cut with a donut cutter (like a cookie cutter).

  4. Roll the center sections into balls.

  5. Fry both the donuts and the donut 'holes' in hot Coconut Oil for about 2-3 minutes per side, until golden.

  6. Transfer to paper towels and sprinkle with your favorite sweetener!
