CHEESE BISCUITS

 

In a medium-sized bowl stir together:

 

  • 1 Cup Water

  • 1 Cup eggs or egg whites

  • 3 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar

  • Add 2 1/2 Cups of our Breads & Buns Mix 

  • 2 Cups grated cheese into the liquids.

 

DIRECTIONS:

 

  1. Whisk slowly for a few seconds, then briskly as it thickens.

  2. Once mixed, let rest about a minute to become more dough-like.

  3. Line your cookie sheet with parchment paper.

  4. Use an ice cream scoop to measure out 12 scoops of dough.

  5. With wet hands gently shape into balls.

  6. Bake at 400°F for 20-25 minutes.
